Noise and Light Emissions and Testing

Both excessive noise and lighting are considered pollutants and contribute to human stress. Many work place environments are continuously loud, or may be poorly lit. Neighbors and commercial properties may have outdoor lighting that is offensive and carelessly installed. The Federal Government has numerous regulations for exposure to light and noise.
