Leak and Moisture Intrusion Analysis

Using the latest evolution of infrared camera technology, an IR-inspection allows us to identify and locate moisture leaks than are invisible to the naked eye. An IR camera is the best tool to define and control moisture leaks. A thorough inspection with and IR camera is strongly recommended as part of a mold assessment, and before and after any mold remediation project to ensure sources of moisture are identified and repaired.
 
You can clearly see moisture problems in these photos that would not otherwise be visible. The fee for and IR-inspection is very small compared to the cost of not properly identifying or repairing the source of a moisture leak. Let our expertise in building sciences make your home or office a pleasant place.

In addition to IR-inspections, we also use sensitive moisture protimeter, or moisture meters, to detect damp and moist materials:  ceilings, walls, trim boards, carpeting, etc. A moisture meter is very helpful for typically obvious issues and is used as part of all mold assessments.
