Infrared (Thermal) Imaging
The use of infrared thermograph (IR cameras) provides our clients with the latest technology to identify moisture leaks, problems with insulation, and even overheating of electrical components.
By using infrared cameras, we detect water leaks in floors, walls, ceilings, roofs, and plumbing systems. Additionally, we are able to use the technology to evaluate insulation of a structure’s thermal envelope: walls, roofs, doors, and windows, and to detect overheating of electrical components such as motors, wires, transformers, and controls.
We use the latest technology cameras designed for building and industrial applications. In essences they are like and MRI image of a structure and allow us to see issues that are not visible to the naked eye.
